Founding Attorney
Samuel Yaffa is the founding shareholder of Samuel M. Yaffa, P.A. Prior to forming his boutique trial law and litigation firm in 2000, Mr. Yaffa was an associate with the firm of Grossman and Roth, P.A. where he practiced complex medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death trial law for seven years.
An aggressive advocate for the rights of his clients, Mr. Yaffa has developed a passion for representing the innocent victims of abuse and neglect in their battle against the responsible parties often backed by big business, insurance companies and other entities who refuse to acknowledge accountability.
Zealously fighting on behalf of the firm’s clients, Mr. Yaffa has obtained numerous settlements and jury verdicts in cases of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, product liability, automobile and trucking catastrophes, premises liability, as well as admiralty and maritime disasters.
Mr. Yaffa has received an “AV” peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers in the areas of Plaintiff-Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, formerly known as Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
He is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, formerly known as the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association and has also been admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
