What is Personal Injury Law?

Damages encompass any losses suffered by the plaintiff, such as wages they were not able to receive due to having to take time off work for recovery. Either the defendant or the defendant’s insurance company, depending on the claim, is responsible for paying these damages to the plaintiff.
How Do You Prove Negligence?
